Sit and breathe. Today you'll probably encounter discomfort—physical (sore back, itchy nose) or mental (boredom, restlessness). Instead of immediately shifting or stopping, first: notice it, breathe with it, investigate what it actually feels like. If it becomes too intense, adjust. But first, simply observe. 15 minutes.

Life includes discomfort. Meditation trains you to be with difficulty without panic or avoidance. This is powerful.
