As you meditate, notice any emotions presentβ€”subtle or strong. Where do you feel them in your body? What's their texture? Heavy? Fluttery? Tight? Name them simply: 'frustration,' 'peace,' 'sadness,' 'contentment.' Let them be without pushing away or clinging. 12 minutes.
