🧘 Practice Instructions
Sit and simply listen. Don't seek sounds—let them come to you. Near and far. Notice how sounds arise, linger, and fade. When you find yourself thinking about sounds ('That's a car,' 'I don't like that noise'), return to just hearing. Pure sound without labeling. 15 minutes.

Most of the time we filter sounds through preference. This practice trains pure perception—hearing without judgment.
