Close your eyes. Imagine a place where you feel completely safe and peaceful—maybe a beach, forest, mountain, or room. Build it in detail: What do you see? Hear? Smell? Feel? Spend 12 minutes in this place, making it vivid and returning here whenever your mind wanders.
