Learning to experience sensations without immediately creating stories about them.
🧘 Practice Instructions
Scan your body for sensations. When you find one (tingling, pressure, warmth, etc.), stay with the pure physical sensation. Notice when your mind adds a story ('This is bad,' 'I need to fix this,' 'This means...'). Return to just the sensation itself. 12 minutes.

Much of our suffering comes from the stories we tell about our experience, not the experience itself.
